We were a married couple, visiting family in the Simpsonville/Greenville areas, and were looking for a quiet spot to relax when not out-and-about. Chad's place was spot on! Clean, efficient, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub - and the layout for a single room studio was excellent. The bathroom was large for the space and very clean - which is a bonus! We had one very small item to address with the hot tub upon arrival - which was taken care of immediately. Very, very responsive. I highly recommend Chad's place for a convenient, efficient and cost effective spot to stay in the "Greenville area"!

Was in town for the week and it was an amazing stay, definitely appreciated being able to use the fire pit in the backyard and Chad was an amazing host, very responsive, would definitely book here again

This was a great place perfect for a couple or solo trip. It feels very private with the tall fencing in the back yard. The hot tub is a great added bonus. Everything is nicely decorated and I love what’s been done with the ceilings. We would surely stay again.

We had a range of chidren with us from 2 to 13 and there was something for each to do. Plenty of games, and toys but the most fun was with the ping pong table, dart board and arcade games. There was also a swing set in the large yard, and a fire pit with supplied wood we all enjoyed. The kitchen was open with a very large table that fit all 3 of our combined families which was great for mealtimes. Chad was extremely responsive and was able to immediately take car of a couple of small issues we had, making our stay perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here while visiting friends in Greenville! Beds were comfortable and our kids loved the board games and backyard swing. The day after we left, we thought we forgot something in the dryer so we messaged the host. We ended up finding the item in our suitcase later, but wanted to call out how helpful the host was! He responded right away.

We stayed here a 2nd visit. It is a great location and extremely cozy. Lots to do nearby and have enjoyed our 2nd stay at this location. It was extremely cold and the heater/fan is VERY responsive and keeps things comfortable.

My son and I had a great time staying in Chad's home! It was the perfect size for us and as described on the listing. Beautiful view outside! Definitely reccomend and will be back next year!

This place was perfect for me to get away and reflect on my next musical direction as a music artist and musician. Easy check in and out! Chad and Sarah are very kind and friendly! Very accommodating. It was clean and comfortable! Modern bathroom! Lovely kitchenette! Perfect private back yard with a hot tub and fire pit! Very comfortable bed! The heat worked great! Perfect for one or two people! I’ll be back for sure!!!

My stay here was absolutely incredible! The guesthouse was spotless, beautifully decorated indoors and outdoor .The hot tub was the highlight. We also loved the outdoor fire pit that was outside it felt cozy and great experience. The hosts thought of every detail for this place had extra towels ready and neatly organized. Truly one of the most relaxing I have ever had.

My family and I were fortunate to find this home to live in for 4 weeks while our home was being repaired from storm damage. The house was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Chad was very responsive and a super host. 5 stars. Thank you Chad.
